Green Bean Casserole
Ingredients:
1/2 stick of butter
1 small onion - chopped
1 clove of garlic - chopped
1 small can sliced mushrooms (drained)
2 cans of Blue Lake whole green beans (drained)
1/2 small block of Velvetta cheese
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of onion rings

Cooking Instructions:
Melt the butter and sautee onions and garlic until wilted.  Add mushrooms and cook until soft.  Add soup and cheese until cheese melts.  Add green beans and mix.  Place in oven preheated to 350° and bake for 1 hour.  Cover with onion rings and bake until golden brown.
