Galatoire's Shrimp Remoulade
Ingredients:
1 stalk of celery
1 bunch of green onions1 bunch of parsley
1/4 cup of onions
1 cup of ketchup
1 cup of tomato puree
1 cup creole mustard
1 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons horseradish
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup of salad oil
1 1/2 ounces paprika

Cooking Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together, adding paprika last.
