Lemon Buttermilk Pie
Ingredients:
1 cup of buttermilk
1/3 cup of melted butter
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1/4 cup of lemon juice and grated rind
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1 unbaked pie shell

Cooking Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together adding lemon juice and soda last.  Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 450° for 10 minutes.  Then bake at 350° until firm in the center (20-30 minutes).
