Winsor Harmon was born in Crowley, Louisianna, and raised in Rockwell, Texas 30 miles East of Dallas.  Winsor did his first musical in 2nd grade but having been born into an athletic family and being extremely athletic himself chose football over music.

During High School he was touted as one of the country's top rated running backs and was recruitd by the top colleges in the county.  Winsor was awarded a football scholarship with Texas A&M (Agricultural and Mechanical University).  After 1 year at college Winsor's love for music overpowered his love for football.

A phone call later Winsor walked away from a full scholarship to pursue his 1st love entertaining.  Winsor was discovered in a bar in Dallas, Texas.  His athletic, trim body and model handsome face landed him an international modeling contract.  He did appearances with well-known female model, Cindy Crawford.  Later, while in Miama, Florida Winsor became known as the "Marlboro Man."  It wasn't long before Winsor found himself in Los Angeles and landing the role of Del Henry on "All My Children" as a cowboy.  More exciting opportunities were in the making.  The producers of the world famous day time soap "The Bold and Beautiful" spotted the talent and sensual, good looks of Winsor Harmon, and cast him as the strong-willed, youngest son of Eric and Stephanie, on the daytime drama.  Winsor is now recognized in a drama that airs nationwide on the CBS television network and worldwide in 100 countries to over 450 million daily viewers.

Still music was burning a hole in his heart and he wouldn't let go of his vision to record a country album.  As luck would have it he was introduced to a true "Record Man."  A man named Ray Ruff, a name synonymous with promotional genius and music producer highly recognized by his peers in the music industry.  A small sampling of artists produced and or promted by Ray ar Mickey Gillis, Kenny Rogers, Willie Nelson, Mel Tillis, Tanya Tucker, Loretta Lynn, Anne Murray, Kathy Mattea, Glen Campbell, and Merie Haggard.  Ray has been responsible for starting the careers of artists such as George Strait, as well as Reba McIntire, and producing about any recognizable country artists to date.  Upon meeting Harmon and hearing his voice Ray realized the raw talent of Winsor and knew this was a voice that under his skillful direction could really be special and crafted into a super star.  He liked the sexy, craggy voice and how eager Winsor was to learn his craft.
